Emily King
Emily King is a British event rider, based in Cheshire, England. She has been riding horses since she was 6 years old. She started competing in eventing when she was 12 years old and has won many competitions, including the 2018 Bramham International under-25 championship.
Valmy Biats is a 14-year-old French-bred Selle Français gelding by Balou du Rouet out of a mare by Apache d’Adriers. He was bred by Philippe Brivios. He was originally competed by French rider Matthieu Lemoine. He was then purchased by Emily in 2019.
Emily and Valmy Biats have competed together at many 4* and 5* events. They finished 8th at the 2022 Pau CCI5. They also finished 1st at the 2023 Grantham Cup CCI4-S.
