The Horse Of the Year Show , or HOYS 2015 for short, is hosted by Grandstand Media at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham in October.
It is a festival of show jumping, showing, dressage, Pony Club mounted games, and this year vaulting too. 17-hour working days make the event photography I do for ES Photography, the official photographers, some of the hardest I do for them, but the quality of the sport and the good spirits of the 1500+ competitors help to make it worthwhile.
